For the photo shoot, Patti and Gary provided a drone operator who made a great 4+ minute video set to sound. This video brought many viewers to the internet and to the house for showings. The Cason’s also provided a list of service providers for small repairs, painting and cleaning, and moving. These providers were a great help to us. I’ve worked both with Patti Cason and her associate Renae Baxter. Renae, as a buyers agent assisted us in searching for our forever home. Although we were unable to find what we were looking for, we ultimately decided to build. Never once did Renae sway us differently. She has a sense that my heart was to build and it was more important to her to see that happen than receiving a big commission selling us a home. We had a special work situation that they were able to help us get into the deal. Closing went very smooth.
